Ursula Houlemard was born in L.A and raised in the local neighborhood of Highland Park and has been a licensed professional cosmetologist working in the industry since 2004. 

She doesn't call it work because she believes if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life! She loves all hair. She’s certified in Modern classic cutting, Balayage, Blonde dimension & Brazilian Blowouts.
